self loathing and motivation

Talking down to ourselves isn’t a positive or effective way to get long-term results in fitness or in life. It’s important for us to respect ourselves and to stay connected with our bodies by breathing deep.

*I really enjoy Elliott Hulse’s videos as he provide practical applications on “how to become the strongest version of yourself”. He has an energetic delivery and his points are well thought out.

    Wow, he has packed in a lot of information. It is so true how we mentally beat ourselves up with out even realizing it. I know I am sure guilty of doing this. I love his idea of opening up and deep breathing and adding something musical to your life. I can see how these activities could really help open you up and thinking more positively.
