hello world!

What’s happening?!  I’m Annika Hodgson, the creative force behind MasterYourself.ca.  I created this site to connect with my friends, family and clients on a more personal level.  My goal is for this to be a home base for the people I care about – and that includes you!  Stop by often to find posts that will inspire, challenge, and support you on your road to self-mastery; and look for quizzes that facilitate introspection – helping you to become more in touch with who you are and who you want to be.  This isn’t your typical “rah-rah” health & fitness blog. This is a place for you to come back to again and again to receive the tools you need to actualize your potential. Thanks for stopping by!
